Each soft gel capsule contains Co-enzyme Q10 150mg, Evening Primrose Oil 200mg, Natural Fish oil 200mg, Flaxseed oil 200mg, Vitamin E 50IU, and other encapsulating materials. No artificial preservatives
Take one capsule daily, preferably with a main meal, as a dietary food supplement or as professionally advised.
